Job Description

  • Design bespoke solutions for customers in a wide array of venues.

  • Coordinate with team members in driving a new sales opportunity from conceptualization through a completed design and quote.

  • Play an integral role in understanding customers' requirements, provide system solutions within budget parameters, and come to an agreement with the Sales team to an acceptable solution proposal.

  • Create & strategize on audio visual systems specifications outlining functional requirements for all audio, video and control systems in each area and equipment list, block drawing, quotations & build of materials.

  • Responsible for the research, analysis, design, evaluation, comparison and integration of various AV & IT products and technologies.

  • Present technology solutions effectively to Sales team and Customers with visual drawings, demonstration, or presentation.

  • Coordinate requirements and implement proof of Concept design.

  • Manage all technical engagements and generate technical documentations to support bid responses (e.g. RFI, RFP).

  • Conducts regular industry and product training to the sales team with the goal to better equip them in engaging prospective customers.

  • Ensure technical solutions fit customers’ requirements and budget.

  • Proactively identify a technical solution to address customers’ or prospects met and unmet needs and recommends solutions that optimize value.

  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering, Computer / Telecommunication, Engineering in Electrical / Electronic, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experiences in related field.

  • Required knowledge of the Audio Visual, Visual, Video conferencing, IT network &/or Unified and Communications industry.

  • Required working experiences in a variety of UC solutions, including zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.

  • Preferably AVIXA CTS Certified.

  • Must be able to prepare Schematic drawings using AUTOCAD or VISIO.

  • Must be able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Willing to share knowledge through good communications, peer training, and written documentation.

  • Strong interest in performing quality hands-on work and a challenging spirit.

  • Strong interpersonal skills that enhance a team environment.

  • Positive customer service and team attitude (helping others when required).

  • Proficient In spoken English.

  • To be based in Singapore.
